Second Missionary Baptist Church
All are invited to join Second Missionary Baptist Church, 818 N. Apperson Way, each Sunday at 11 a.m. for worship, with Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. There is also an early morning worship at 8 a.m. on the first Sunday of every month.

Christ Lutheran Church
Christ Lutheran Church’s concert series “Music at Christ” has one event remaining.
At 3 p.m. May 19, Deux Voix (Stephen Distad, organ; Justin Langham, trumpet) will perform.
The concert will take place inside the church, located at 3401 S. Dixon Road, and it is in celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Thomas Dearchs as the Minister of Music and Organist at Christ Lutheran Church. The concert is offered at no charge and the public is invited. A reception will follow the concert.

New Beginnings Christian Fellowship
“Living on This Side of Easter” will be the theme at 10 a.m. Sunday at the church, 1900 S. Berkley Road. The message will be “Abiding Is Truly Empowering,” and is based on John 15:9-17.

First Friends Meeting
First Friends of Kokomo, 1801 Zartman Road, invites you to join them on Sunday mornings. Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m. and worship is at 10:30 a.m.
McGrawsville Community Church
The church will sponsor a rummage sale in the youth center from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Sale items include clothing for all ages, crafts, books, furniture, home decor, linens, knick-knacks, toys, games and more.

First Evangelical Presbyterian Church
First EPC, 2000 W Jefferson St., Kokomo, invites you to their annual Spring Rummage Sale from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. May 23, and May 24. The Friday sale is half price. Attendees should enter at their new west entrance. All proceeds go toward mission work.
Union Baptist Church
The church, 8280 E. 800 North, Forest, will be having a lasagna supper from 5-7 p.m. Saturday. The meal will include lasagna, salad, garlic bread and dessert. A free-will offering will be collected. Dine-in and Carry-out are both available.
Bible Baptist Church
The church, 2635 S. Dixon Road, Kokomo will be having a GriefShare Recovery Seminar and Support Group every Thursday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. through Aug. 8. GriefShare features nationally recognized experts on grief recovery topics and is designed for individuals who have lost a family member or friend find help and healing.
Peace Lutheran Church
Jesus Cares Ministry will be held the second Thursday of each month from 6-7:30 p.m. at the church, located at 750 E. Markland Ave., Kokomo.
This is a program for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Each gathering will include a devotional service by Pastor Mark Rosenberg with singing and musical instruments; activities such as crafts, games, painting and more; and refreshments.
