1. People wake up early in he morning and take a bath.

4. Prepare dishes such as pachadi which is made by tamarind, jaggery and neem leaves.
5. Then they visit temples to offer dishes to the Lord and Goddess.
6. They disctribute the bhog prasad among family members.
